Weekly Class Schedule

All  classes are in-person. In addition, the Monday & Thursday early morning classes will also be livestreamed! 

Your membership includes all weekly classes, both in-person and livestream, as well as access to all previously livestreamed classes via the Facebook Group Page!

Classes  always include cardio, strength, core, abs, balance, FUN & (occasionally Barre)!

You will definitely get a complete body workout!

 Pop up Sunday Step classes!

Please bring light & heavy weights (limited supply available), a mat, water & a positive attitude!

       Classes!      

During the Covid-19 Pandemic I taught many livestreamed classes in my home.  Due to the overwhelming positive response for this option, the in-person Monday & Thursday early morning classes will also be available livestreamed via our Facebook page.  A link to the Facebook Group is available for members on the "Pricing & Registration" page under the Step 3 Heading. You will also gain access to the archived videos and can workout on your own time!
