All classes are in-person. In addition, the early morning Monday & Thursday,
and the Saturday morning class will also be livestreamed!

Your membership includes all weekly classes, both in-person and livestream, as well as access to all previously livestreamed classes via the Facebook Group Page!

Classes always include cardio, strength, core, abs, balance, FUN & (occasionally Barre)!
You will definitely get a complete body workout!
